This delicious cut has four levels of getting cheesed.  First you get a nice jam, the you move on to an always fun trip-echo, into a an electronic breakdown with nothing but a bouncy groove to get you moving, and finally you land at inevitable waving puddle on the ground that is your face, as well as the jellyfish of a being you formally called your body.   SCI is dangerously fun.

This venue is one of a kind. Built into the side of a sand dune type of hill with the lake as the back drop. The beach is about 12 paces from the back stage. The water was cold, clear, and refreshing. The vibe was positive and I was happy to be alive.

The second release from the Beans’ new EP, The Foam, is a tribute to the Five Points district of Denver, CO. It embraces both the musical history and the modern sounds of the area by combining funk, hip hop, livetronica, and jazz into one composition. The Five Points district, its venues, and its inhabitants are the heartbeat of Denver’s independent scene. Only seemed proper to write a song in its honor.
