Madness-CPT is a Cape Town based Hip Hop artists. He tells stories based on life experiences and makes good music, he has written songs that showed popularity across the province. He became popular in townships around the province ,He expresses his emotions and puts across a message of encouragement and positiveness in his lyrics in this, At the tender age of 15 years whilst doing grade 8 he realised his talent and never looked back.

He got his name because of his passion and energy he exudes when delivering his “crazy flows” on stage . He decribes hip hop as his voice. “It is a way in which I express my dissatisfaction with social issues.”



After realising that making good music was his main goal, he then began to showcase his talent in various venues across Western Cape , perfoming at numerous gigs and making sure that his name and music were being heard by as many people as possible. He was quickly noted for the unique style that he brought to the hip hop scene, and his popularity began to grow ,As his confidence grew and his style expand, he soon saw a loyal following begin to grow and he became a popular local hit maker in the Capetown music scene. his appeal, and his unique soundlstarted to find an appreciative audience ,he had perfom infront of the 10 000 Audience along side with FRESHLY GROUND and The late Mutswako Star HIPHOP PANTSULA (HHP) he had share stage with bignames in the South african music Industry with the likes of KWESTA,MTEE,HHP,SLIKOUR to metion Few
