The Bauble Of Time

Some extra hope from pea head for the brave souls headed to bring food to our friends in Gaza. I tried to make a native american flute sound like a boat. Let's go heart. We sing 'Hope and Heart, Here we are' throughout the narration and are joined by the sea and some gulls for some more natural power. An Indian Sitar also enters for some string power. Low pitched drums give them some tribal heart beat too. Let's go, this is the most basic of rights.... Allow people eat and it's now weaponised against people and the majority of humans find any excuse to be quiet about it and thats why its happening. I'd be a terrible father if I was on that boat with the ages my kids are but this is all I know so let's go music and lets go peace and lets get those children.... Those human beings fed!

A moral, soul thing, ghost of a sense recalls myself, so well defined
Entrenched, walls behind, built so sound of dust that crowned the pity, falling soft amiss, 
Deep inside the tears I cry as here I find my self-abyss.

Whispers bringing shadows, filled of secrets therein held,
Memories, morose, piece me still, to wear in time, my wasted face.
And now reside, cast aside, to forge and ever meld,
Of haunting, ringing echoes, that will alone their chime erased.

Ah! But you won't twist me, nor bind me fast, to the sandy doctrines of the misty past, 
With its beards and staffs and crinkled testaments.

Ghost of a Sense ... with Seagull and David Dunham

Seven years ago, Oddrun and I released a beautiful collaboration titled “Smile” — a heartfelt reinterpretation of the timeless theme from Charlie Chaplin’s Modern Times (1936) 🎬.  Born from a melody that once underscored silent emotions on screen, our version gave it a new voice — tender, human, and full of light.  For some reason, it never made its way to my SoundCloud page… until now. It feels like the right moment to share this piece again — a little fragment of beauty we both cherished.
 I hope it touches you as it once touched us. ✨
