About Moish

Moish is an established DJ/Producer Born & Raised In Lephalale but currently residing in Johannesburg, Moish started making music early 2012. His love for music started when he was in primary school and was inspired by the likes Of Oskido Back in the days And His passion for House Music was drawn from the likes Of B.O.P. Moish Was also part of Lunar Folks from 2013 to 2019. He released music all over the world under his own record label "Moish Records". He released most of his work through Lunar Folks, His work reached one of the biggest radio stations In SA such as YFM, 5FM. Rising talents Le Croque and atsou join forces to debut on Cacao with an absolute banger.

The title track is driven along by a hefty bassline throb, atmospheric pads and beautiful piano chords that compliment the lush vocals from the amazing Bobbi Fallon Smith that transmit an unbroken declaration of freedom throughout this interpretation.

On remix duties, Daniel Rateuke presents a version that focuses around a simple, yet infectious synth arpeggiation. Heavy drum hits kick the track off in tandem. A very outstanding remix, ready to hit the dancefloor.

Panamanian talents Carlos Barbero and Kimao, provide one excellent remix, a more deep and atmospheric vibe that gallops along at a decent pace from the drum elements and heavy synth stabs that builds a solid groove foundation. Spacious and hypnotic ride, a great collage of deep vibes.

"Love In Times Of Crisis Remixed Pt 1" is the first remix package of Hyenah's debut album.
Some RISE' favorite producers re-interpreted the original collaborations in their very own ways, that we love them so much for: Super Flu, Caiiro, Santiago Garcia and Masšh.

Super Flu picked the Hyenah x Pablo Fierro x Lazarusman collaboration "The Balance" and turned it into a powerful club anthem - in their super signature sound.

Caiiro twisted Hyenah x Nanghitis "Your Love" from a NYC style Classic House tune into a melancholic and deep Afro House monster, which lets Nanghitis voice shine in a completely different way - Caiiro style!

Santiago Garcia took on "The Rite", a collaboration of Hyenah and Ernesto & The Basement Gospel. He switched it up with his quirky secret SG spices. We really don't know how to label his version. It doesn't matter though since it's bringing the heat.

Last but not least, we got Masšh, one of South Africa's brightest rising stars. What he did to the G-Wash10 x Hyenah collaboration "Rain Queen" is African energy at its best. Wait until you hear this one out loud.
