Satyr & Felix Kropf are both co-founders and residents of different event series - Satyr‘s "Don't Skip Leg Day" is located in Hamburg while Felix Kropf‘s "obscene" takes place in Kassel. The two friends quickly discovered their converging approach to their sound: No-nonsense techno taking a focus on faster and hypnotic driven, yet pounding tracks with oldschool elements - while keeping groove as the main element. The mix at hand is a take on the dense soundscapes and heavy rhythms they both developed their individual sound from.

This mix was recorded in one take with digital records. The concept behind this was to create something positive and uplifting with easy listening and mixing for the afterparty chill sesh, the chill itself, a psychedelic/grass influenced trip, or even a Springtime spaziergang. Totally downtempo at 100bpm all the way through with ambient, breaks, IDM, and mushroom jazz elements. It was tons of fun to dig into my collection and find some old gems to blend with the new. That being said, I present to you - Mushroom Magic.

The Parisian producer has already been noticed by big names like Dax J, Parallx, Richie Hawtin, Shlømo, Remco Beekwilder, Anetha, Dense & Pika, Maceo Plex, or Inhalt Der Nacht, who play his bomb tracks during their shows around the world.

SIX AM Guest Mix: Ket Robinson

Aeschlimann ist ein Schweizer/Italienischer DJ aus Basel. 

Seit seiner Kindheit ist Musik ein wichtiger Bestandteil seines Lebens und begleitet ihn täglich durch seinen Alltag. Fasziniert von Rhythmus, Groove und hallenden Bässen entdeckte er schon früh seine Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik. 

Bereits im Alter von 6 Jahren begann er seine musikalische Kreativität am Schlagzeug unter Beweis zu stellen.

In seinen heutigen Sets und Produktionen besticht Aeschlimann durch modernen Techno mit oldschool nuancen.
