A lot of tracks are in his producer’s collection already, all of them are swinging between deep house, garage house, a pinch of 2-step, some herbs from the 90s and everything that could be added there (and not ruining the whole dish). MADVILLA returns for the long awaited HW006, a solid 3-track EP entitled 'Hubble'. Just like the space telescope, the EP gives us a crystal-clear view of the universe exploring astral soundscapes and beats that transcend the soul into another dimension. The lead track 'Hubble' sets the tone with its groovy vintage drums, ethereal melodies all solidified by a well rounded organ bassline paying homage to UKG in its purest form. 'Action' continues the journey through space on a Chicago house tip with a sprinkle of UK flavour. The EP is finished off by 'This Groove' which takes more inspiration from various forms of 90's US house. Upbeat drums, lush organ chord groove, warm uplifting bassline and a classic vocal cut all come together to create a solid groove that will liven up any atmosphere.

Archie Hamilton welcomes Luuk Van Dijk and Kabbina to his newly formed MicroHertz imprint with the classy EP ‘Fruitless’, which comes complete with a remix from Casey Spillman.

Dutch producer Luuk Van Dijk should need little introduction for those in the Minimal and Deep Tech scene. Having had releases on a myriad of highly regarded labels, such as Hot Creations, Eastenderz, No Art, Heavy House Society, and his own Dark Side of the Sun imprint, the talented producer has teamed up with the Kabbina. The UK trio previously remixed Van Dijks track ‘Kooky’ on Dark Side of the Sun, whilst also releasing on Detlef’s imprint Issues. Together with Luuk they to produced a slick EP, with hints of Balearic and old school flavour to it, yet produced in 2022 fashion. The package is topped off with a sublime remix from London based artist Casey Spillman, who regularly features on prominent labels such as Locus, Constant Sound, Infuse and Leftroom.

Producer duo EB_Flow launched London institute FUSE’s ‘X Series’ earlier this year with the ‘Transmission’ EP, kicking off a run of records on the label centred around collaboration. Now, the mysterious pair join forces once again for the ‘Sunshine’ EP, this time picked up by Burnski’s Constant Sound. Known for releasing house, garage, bass and electro via its Constant Black, Instinct and Infiltration branches, the imprint has become a respected and eclectic powerhouse within the scene, dropping material from Kepler, Chris Stussy, Interplanetary Criminal, Borai and many more.

The A-side establishes itself with organic drums, sweeping synths and boundless energy. ‘Running’ introduces a dusty breakbeat, infectious bass and an irresistible topline, setting the tone for a multi-purpose, classy dancefloor affair.

Flipping it over to the B-side, garage cut ‘Before’ has a stripped-back beat, sizzling hi-hats and quirky, warped samples ducking in and out of the mix. ‘Searching’ closes things out with unmatched style, poolside party music of the highest calibre, marked by a catchy groove and alluring vocals.
