Built around a muscular EBM-style bassline, Disco Ibiza trades in industrial weight for something more playful and seductive. Filtered vocals glide over crisp percussion, while Regal injects just the right amount of funk and bleeps into the groove. Maeksll is a techno producer and DJ based in Basel, Switzerland. Exposed to a broad range of music from an early age, his productions reflect an openness to different styles while remaining deeply rooted in techno. Influenced by the hypnotic sound of early 2010s techno and the warmth of house-leaning chords, Maeksll’s tracks aim to create an atmosphere that is both rhythmic and emotive.
