It's by listening to his parents' records during car trips that he fell in love with music.

Starting with Boards of Canada, Röyksopp or Tokimonsta, Adone discovered techno, electronica, break and trip-hop at the age of 9. Since then, he feeds his mind with unstructured rhythms, nostalgic melodies and basically, an abstract universe. 

Since 2018, he describes this universe in his musical productions as an inner dialogue, an introspective quest, a journey through his mind.

Music reflects souls and gathers hearts, it is with this idea in mind that in 2021, the young producer gives birth to the project Noise Workers. An audiovisual experience mixing arts and provoking meetings between artists of all horizons through podcasts, interviews, multidisciplinary shows etc.

Today, Aedon proposes his second EP for Matière. Called Musical Memory Garden, it's 7 tracks that perfectly illustrate his influences. The EP also contains a remix of the Parisian founder of Hard Love Motor Love, Trois Quarts Taxi System who released last year his first album on the label.

«During COVID, everything changed for me, as for many others. I began to stay more alone, abstracting from other people's opinions and advice, listening more and more to myself. This is how the idea of Echodive came about, which can be compared to white label records: you listen, and you don't know who performs them. Music should always be in the foreground. Still, I'm not a pop artist and I'm not going to be one.

Then the war started, because of the constant shelling, I often left the studio for safer places, such as the subway and underground parking lots, where Luxx was written. A lot has changed, both inside me and in relation to creating music. The tracks were written on a laptop, to which I connected cheap headphones and a small midi keyboard. Since I can't work in the studio because of f*ckin russia...

These were the times when not only creative thought, but also creative passion, passionate will and passionate feeling should unleash the hardened minds and melt the objective world that was presented to its consciousness. These was times of changes of the realms of consciousness.
Italian dark electronics aficionados Alessandro Adriani and Cosimo Damiano come together for a debut collaborative EP on Pinkman. Belonging to different generations but both deeply influenced on one side by "the Sound of Rome", with pioneers like Gabriele Rizzo, Leo Anibaldi and Lory D, and on the other side by the raw electro Dutch legacy of Bunker Records, the two strike a golden middle of their styles with a clanging, raw and packed to the brim with coarseness electro-techno hybrid.
Inspired by the cyber dystopia narratives, ‘Neurodreamers’ reflect on the hi-tech surveillance and the promise of AI which unfolds itself into the prospect of dehumanization. Taking the listener through turmoil and anger, the brutish 4-tracker weave the elements of grubby baselines, coarse synths and erratic percussions with the brain-melting hints of acid and Alessandro Adriani’s own recorded vocals. A living warning to us all.

PREMIERE #1048 | Alessandro Adriani & Cosimo Damiano - Realms Of Consciousness [Pinkman] 2020

"La Vita Non E Un Film" is the first studio album produced by multi-instrumentalist Rouge Mécanique under his real name : Romain Azzaro.  Conceived as the soundtrack of an imaginary film, this collection of music pieces composed between 2007 and 2020 presents his very own interpretation of rock, blues, classical, ambient and electronic music.

The story begins with « Vvoid », composed on a rainy night with Myako in Berlin, a powerful & cinematic track. Then, his alter ego Rouge Mécanique takes over with « Prelude », « Channel 5 » and « Who Knows About This one » showing his signature style of electro-fueled rock. In the middle of this journey, tracks like « Crewhassan », « Cousu De Fil Blanc » and « Ballet Jelinox » show the more experimental side of his music, and work produced for film scores.  This leads us to the 12-minute jam «  Above Space 35 », a trippy tribute to the Krautrock scene he loves, and sounds like a lost recording of Pink Floyd’s bluesiest inspirations. The story ends on a more nostalgic note,  with the soft groove of « Sea Sex & Salt » and the gorgeous acoustic guitar solo on « Green Line ».
