We all have some Anxieties and its pretty hard to face them or to delete them. The most Anxieties are controlling our mind and emotions, so that we are not able to live in a free way. 
So lets take care of the ones, who are disturbed by those Anxieties and keep understanding for the ones, who are close to us.
