Ramasetu is an ancient land bridge which once connected India and Sri Lanka. Myths say it was build by the hosts of ape king Hanuman before it was drowned by time and tide.
The Sanskrit word "Rama" means "pleasing, delightful, charming, beautiful, lovely", but it‘s also a term for "dark" and "night". The word "Setu" means "bridge".
This highly ethnical flavored track with its colorful ancient and progressive sounds, (poly)rhythmic elements and a delicate psychedelic touch is like a bridge between cultures, continents, people –
between the known and unknown – between past, present and future. Feel the "beautiful dark" floor moving energy and enjoy the mystical journey with my new tribal deep house track RAMASETU!
 
Gondwana was a supercontinent that merged with Euramerica in the Carboniferous to form Pangaea. It was the largest continental landmass on our planet.
Located in the Southern Hemisphere, it incorporated several modern landmasses, including South America, Africa, Madagascar, Australia, as well as the Arabian Peninsula and the Indian subcontinent.
This track is a tribal trip through times and continents combining special hypnotic sounds like Afro-voice electronics, South American percussion and sync-grain synthesized antique Indian elephant bells!
Let this ritual dance give strength to our awareness for our collective geological origin and global heritage!

HE HAD SLEPT about two hours when the daylight woke him and he looked at Jendayi sleeping easily and looking happy in her sleep. He left her looking beautiful and young and unspoiled and then went into the bathroom and showered and put on a pair of shorts and walked barefoot through the garden to the where he worked. The sky was washed, clean after the and it was the fresh early morning of a new day toward the end of summer. He started in again on the new and difficult story and worked attaching each that for years he had put off facing. He worked until nearly eleven o'clock and when he had finished for day he shut up the room and went out and found the two girls playing chess at a table in the They both looked fresh and  young and as attractive as the wind-washed morning sky. “She beating me again," Jendayi said. "How are you David?” The girl smiled at him very shyly. Anber fell asleep in a Gondola and awake under the hot shivering sun. This is his first offering for Shango Records. These two tracks are fluid as a paintbrush yet precise as a scalpel. Balint Boldizsar, Jonajosu, Jean Vayat and M.Age.Project are telling stories of “maybe” to Jendayi.

The yataghan is a type of Ottoman knife or short sabre used from the mid-16th to late 19th centuries. The yataghan was extensively used in Ottoman Turkey and in areas under immediate Ottoman influence, such as the Balkans and the Caucasus. The yataghan consists of a single-edged blade with a marked forward curve and a hilt formed of two grip plaques attached through the tang, the end of the hilt being shaped like large ears. The gap between the grips is covered by a metal strap, which is often decorated. The blade varies from 60 centimetres to 80 centimetres in length and is curved forward (like the Iberian falcata, or Greek kopis), sometimes reclining backwards again towards the very end. This blade form is often referred to as being 'recurved'. While the back of the blade is made of softer steel, the sharp edge is made of hard, tempered steel for durability. Jean Vayat enjoys a countryside drive in the twilight hour. This is his first offering for Shango Records. These three tracks will accept you for what you truly are. The M.Age.Project takes the listener on a colorful trip into cross-genre realms of various cultural influences and state-of-the-art electronic sounds. Producer and DJ Matthias Harnitz from Hannover/Germany, well-equipped with the skills of a classically trained jazz musician, is the musical mind behind the M.Age.Project and he can already look back on numerous releases on labels such as Sony Music, Lump Records (Chile), Baikal Nomads (Russia), Ohxalá Records (Portugal) and Shango Records (Greece). His music gained support by renowned radio stations and DJs from within the global electronic music scene like Ibiza Global Radio, Bloop London, KissFM Australia, Sabo, Goldcap, Makossa (& Megablast), Guy Laliberté and Eelke Kleijn and musical collaborations include acclaimed artists of the contemporary organic house/downtempo scene such as Holed Coin (Spain), Jean Vayat (Ukraine), Slow Nomaden, Lui Mafuta (Germany) and Juliano Gomez (Brazil).
In 2013 Matthias Harnitz was given the special honor of composing and playing music for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The work was performed with 400 kids and young people during the Nobel Peace Prize winner's visit to Hannover as part of an educational event concerning the future prospects for children and the need for a Global Ethic.
The release of the daring album "Tattoo Tara" marked the defining step from balearic chill-out onto the stage of world music influenced club sounds. With beard braids behind the turntables the dedicated DJ successfully premiered his entrancing signature sound of deep rhythms, ethnic elements and synthesized wizardry at one of Europe's most respected worldbeat festivals, "Masala", in 2017. Today the M.Age.Project is manifesting as a highly appreciated gem for cosmopolitan listeners, dance-loving festival fans and like-minded artists of a transcultural electronica movement all around the globe!
