From old Bandcamp Version: Loose Veins is a relatively easy-going track I did a while ago. I pretty much just went back to my boom bap synthwave roots with this one, y'know, the stuff I usually made before doing stuff for FNF and learning more from that. Usually when I make music, I try making music that vibes more than anything which is why you see a lot of long soothing chords in my tracks (listen to the Allies instrumental's keys and you'll see what I mean). While a gritty bass and TV static might not seem relaxing to others, it is to me. Death Grips is calming music to me too so yeah, I'm weird like that. Noise is just beautiful.

At first an experiment in making really LOFI beats which then became a small narrative after a day when it was so windy out that the mountains I live near got extremely fogged up with dust.

A beat I made using LABS instruments. Loosely inspired by "Thong Song" by Sisqo since the studio I've been working at has been trying to push these sorts of orchestral trap beats. Also features samples from Halley Labs Resource Center, good stuff.

Sock Log Dart Frog

This was a fun track to do, and honestly I hope I can make more EDM type stuff like it. It had me listening to big beat and more drum and bass, two genres I don't get enough of and want to gain influence from (Hideki is real Hideki is real).

Tenshin Burito - Life Changing! Breakcore gets me laid (true story)

Part of BLOSION, two tracks I didn't want to release without each other. I love messing around with bass and mangling samples, there's a specific hectic noise that I love hearing out of destroyed audio that I want to keep exploring. Fun to make, somewhat hard to mix, but this one was a really satisfying to do because of the challenge of balancing everything out then picking up on sweet spots during mastering. I have a feeling that if I ever have to mix a recording of a metal band or a rock band, this stuff is what I'm going to be going back to. Sometimes, distortion just makes me want to turn everything into guitars lol.

BLOSION

GIGER

Part of BLOSION, two tracks I didn't want to release without each other. Synths galore in this one. Wanted to embrace a more synthwave production, something more futuristic and flashy. Hope I can do some more ambient synth tracks later on, I've been learning more and more about modular and granular synthesis lately so I'm definitely leaning towards something like that.

SKO CREEPIN'

A simple boom bap beat that got really stuck in my head after I got off it. I didn't spend long on it, but sometimes you don't need much really.  

Forgive me for the cover, I usually don't put much effort into those but I'm trying to get into the habit of doing so. Digital drawing clearly isn't my strong suit but I'll always be learning.

Parking Lot (Kawaba)

I made this one in 2020 with intent to make it show what I felt about the year while the pandemic was going on. News outlets screamed murder, protestors and rioters screamed revenge and justice, and COVID just had nothing to say. It was just being itself.

Now, after going back and forth with adding lyrics, I'm finally publishing it and well uhh... Feels good man, really. Just wish I had done it sooner.

A very low-end based track sampling Mary's Theme by Stelvio Cipriani. It's a song I've been trying to cut up for a while, and now, finally, I got a nice version of it.
