On May 12th we celebrated a slew of birthdays, and to celebrate none other than acid house purveyor, Superfreq labelmate, tech house don Jay Tripwire came in to crumble the soundsystem and shatter the dance floor.  And opening, was birthday girl and birthday boy Rachel Torro and Benjamin K, rocking animal print outfits and gold crown birthday hats....playing a two and half hour opening set to a packed bouncing, sweating, grooving rave cave under the disco ball in Monarch.  Not a single face in the crowd was unsmiled.  I've listened to this about 10 times already, it's that good.  Relive the moment, turn your dial up to 11, You're Welcome ;)
