Krystal just started her DJing journey earlier this year and let me just say, you will be blown away by her set. She is our first artist to not only play Techno but also mix some Psy-Trance in her sets. If you ever get the chance to see her perform live, we highly recommend it. Her stage presence is unmatched and she knows how to feed energy to the crowd as well as take that energy from the crowd and kill it on the decks.

M-Tehk is another Orlando local artist who never disappoints. His style of techno is unmatched in the scene here in Orlando as he really understands how to use a third deck. He doesn’t only play songs but he does incredible mash-ups as well. Taking vocals from one track or combining two tracks at the same time in order to make something new. He is an artist who should definitely be on your radar.

These two styles complemented each other in a way that you would never expect. These two artists take you on a journey from 130 bpm up to 170 bpm going from Melodic House, Melodic Techno, Deep Techno, breakbeat/Detroit style, Psytrance & Trance.

Chandler Altman is a talented DJ and Producer located in Orlando Florida. He is also the owner of Assorted Sounds, a record label located in Orlando that has featured multiple talented artists. Chandler Altman had this to say about his mix: 
"One of my very close friends recently described my style of mixing as a “sonic mist” and this resonated with me. 

My goal anytime I have the privilege of being behind the decks is to craft something that leaves the listener with something long after the last element of a drum or synth has faded from the ear. Admittedly, this usually involves a lot of effort as I prefer to use 3 or 4 CDJs in the mix for the majority of the hour, in this case, I used 4. 

I try to push myself to craft a larger story using pieces of songs that speak to my soul including sounds of the beloved TB303, but layering grooves, loops, samples, and acapella to create a live performance much more than simply playing from one song to the next."

CUTDWN is a Tampa, Florida-based hard-techno producer and DJ. His sound is a combination of both new age Hard Techno sound sweeping across Europe and the harder style sounds that have been present in the music scene since the early 90s. With a starting bpm of 160 for all sets, CUTDWN isn’t made for the frail music types. Intensity builds the density, and CUTDWN puts the heavy-hitting style in his signature “BOMBS AWAY” performance with this guest mix for MAGIC LAMP RADIO Vol. 3.

Anika D'Arc is a very talented female DJ and producer located in Florida. She doesn't only focus on the genre of Techno but also plays Drum and Bass.

As I recorded this guest mix, I wanted to take the listeners on a journey through the dark, futuristic realms of Techno music. Starting with slow and melodic beats, the mix gradually builds up, introducing hypnotic synth melodies and high-energy vocals. RE:SET is the reflection of the brazilian DJs and producers EKZTAZE and KNZO. After almost 3 years of exploring their individual sounds, the project was created in 2023 and has been expanding in San Diego.

The duo has performed in key venues in San Diego such as PB Avenue and has supported local artists such as Enter Name.

Exploring the techno universe and with influences from psytrance, Re:Set combines groovy basslines with innovative minimal psychedelic sounds that guide the dancefloor through a dark and psychedelic but exciting journey.

Lufer is a DJ located in Boston MA and has started to make a name for herself. The grooves that Lufer brings us are unlike any other artists we have seen, blending sounds from Techno, Hard Techno, and Tech house she can get the audience moving and will have you dancing nonstop. Lufer’s unique mixing abilities & melodic rhythms have earned her a dedicated following as well as becoming a member of DMD studio station.

MX is a DJ located in Orlando, FL. He first started his DJing journey in late 2022, and since then he has been making waves in the underground rave scene. His passion for techno and all kinda is dance music, his sets have such high energy that it doesn’t fail to make a groove and move. MX comes at us with some grooved techno, sliding through sound and frequencies.

MLR Vol. 5: MX

Jefe comes at us with a Melodic Techno set which is a different vibe for volume 6 but it is welcomed with open arms. His set instantly gives you that feel-good feeling as it reminds you that techno is fluid and not always dark. With his set being on the lighter side of techno don't be fouled, every song he ques up just fits perfectly with the last. He takes you on a journey, making you feel reminded about the good and happy things in life.  As soon as we heard his mix we instantly knew it would be perfect for Magic Lamp Radio. This mix personally made us tear up and we hope it does the same for you.

Glenn Antle is a DJ and Producer located in the state of Florida. He started his DJ journey only a few years ago, back in 2020. With only recently getting into producing music, he has already got his first record signed which proves he is a force to be reckoned with. Glenn Antle's volume 6 release is a deep/hypnotic techno mix that gets you groovin'. The deep hypnotic sound that he brings 
instantly pulls you into a trance and makes you forget about the world around you. With his smooth transitions and his mastery skills behind the decks, he is someone who we recommend you see live.

MLR VOL. 6: GLENN ANTLE

Ramsesmartz is a dynamic and spirited individual whose soul is connected to the rhythmic energy of electronic music. When he had attended an underground rave his whole life felt like it changed, he felt his mind, body, and soul resonate with the music. Since then the pulsating world of Techno became an essential part of his daily life. In 2022 he started his DJing journey when he bought his first mixer. In such a short amount of time, he went from just mixing songs to weaving a beautiful cohesive mix that is full of passion and energy. Ramsesmartz tells us his goal is to "establish himself as a beacon of happiness, offering a space where music lovers can escape, connect, and revel in the infectious energy of carefully curated sounds." And we feel with this mix he is for sure on his way to achieving that goal.

MLR VOL. 6: RAMSESMARTZ

Buröck is a DJ and event planner who has been a part of the underground rave scene for over a decade. In 2010, he started organizing events under his collective “Bcno is the Point”. At the time he had focused on Techno, Hard Techno, and Drum and Bass. Buröck then started another collective group after moving to the Dominican Republic, focusing on House, Minimal, and Tech House music. Due to his pass in multiple genres, Buröck is a well-versed DJ, not limiting himself to one specific genre. In doing so he can create a vibrant and euphoric atmosphere for the crowd/audience. The set featured on Magic Lamp Radio has that same feeling. He takes you on a journey giving you hard-hitting techno kick and driving percussion sounds.

casj is an industrial Hard Techno DJ & Producer from the Sunshine Coast of Australia. Now he currently resides in the southern side of the United States. Best known for his industrializing style and dissonant soundscape, casj knows how to make you feel that dark and distorted energy. His kick drum is nothing but heavy hitting and his sound is pure static energy that runs deeper than hell itself. casj’s Volume 6 release does everything besides holding back. Get ready to feel his energy and feel the power of Hard Industrial Techno.

MLR VOL. 6: casj

KP started his DJ mixing journey back home in Costa Rica, spending his time mixing with his older brothers. When KP moved to the United States, he knew it was time for a bigger stage and something new. KP has supported different groups of local DJs and producers in Orlando, playing at venues around the city. KP brought something new and unique to Magic Lamp Radio, with his sound being very Peak-Time Techno, reminding us of Enrico Sangiuliano. His kicks are hard-hitting, his claps are smooth, and the bass is nothing less than underground. KP can put any listener into a trance when he can express himself through Techno. 

We are excited to have KP be the first artist on Magic Lamp Radio featured outside of a volume release. We hope you enjoy his mix like we have, and we hope you get lost in the music.

Artist Showcase: KP

Velocraxy is an Orlando-based DJ known for his hard grooves and heavy-hitting kicks. When asked why he started DJing, he said, "I wanted to understand the music I was listening to more deeply, and I want to share that understanding and experience with everyone." Velocraxy draws heavy inspiration from the UK and Western European scene. 
When his mix first starts, he's playing at a lower BPM than you'd imagine, but he knows how to keep the energy flowing and alive and takes the listener on a journey through music. With moments of Psy-trance and even groovier Techno, he is a mastermind behind the decks to keep the listener engaged and wanting more.

Jaxon is an Italian-American DJ/Producer from Colorado but currently resides in Orlando, FL. At the age of Jaxon got really into playing the guitar and bass which then led him to join the marching band and percussion in high school. When you add up JaXon's past you realize his introduction to electronic music isn't a surprise. 

When listening to JaXon's mix you'll realize that everything flows together like one cohesive story. It's almost as if he can take the listener and put them in a trance, making them forget everything that has happened until they reach the end. Through his main genre is Melodic Techno, he provided the listeners with heavy-hitting Peak-Time energy.
