TECHNIQUE’S ARTIST PREVIEW

KP started his DJ mixing journey back home in Costa Rica, spending his time mixing with his older brothers. When KP moved to the United States, he knew it was time for a bigger stage and something new. KP has supported different groups of local DJs and producers in Orlando, playing at venues around the city. KP brought something new and unique to Magic Lamp Radio, with his sound being very Peak-Time Techno, reminding us of Enrico Sangiuliano. His kicks are hard-hitting, his claps are smooth, and the bass is nothing less than underground. KP can put any listener into a trance when he can express himself through Techno. 

We are excited to have KP be the first artist on Magic Lamp Radio featured outside of a volume release. We hope you enjoy his mix like we have, and we hope you get lost in the music.

Known for his faster, harder sounds in the past, this time he shifts to a more entrancing rhythm, designed to put listeners into a trance. Gigi is an emerging Brazilian DJ making waves in the electronic music scene. A longtime devotee of Brazil’s vibrant underground culture, she launched her project in 2021, driven by a desire to nurture and promote the local techno movement in her hometown.
Her work reflects a polymathic approach to music, blending hypnotic techno with tribal rhythms and experimental trance. With a dynamic and forward-thinking musical curation, Gigi sees DJing as a means of transmitting knowledge—an opportunity to authentically share sound, emotion, and experience with the crowd.For Gigi, the heart of DJing lies in the connection between artist and audience, where each dance floor becomes a space of mutual exchange and discovery.

A seasoned DJ since 2011, Manny Cangri has navigated a wide spectrum of genres and underground scenes, constantly evolving and adapting to the pulse of the crowd. With a foundation built on versatility, Manny has recently embraced his true passion—techno.
Having played multiple times for SHADE TECHNO, he's had the opportunity to sharpen his sound and deepen his understanding of the craft, learning alongside respected names like Carlos Mendoza and Elias R. Now fully committed to the darker, driving side of electronic music, Manny is ready to make his mark in the techno scene.
