It’s been such a beautiful experience.

wiseyoungfool’s ever-evolving brand of texture blends and harmonic atmospheres has steadily matured into a unique style of composition, and his latest single, “Cathode Ray Tube”, shines a ardent light onto his newest developments in sound. Eschewing force and impact in favor of smooth, velvet arrangement, the song follows a multi-rhythmic drum shuffle underpinning rising and falling chord progressions. Elements of jazz, garage, and neuro synthesis fuse into an eclectic jam across the inner workings of wiseyoungfool’s songwriting and production warchest, bringing the track in line with the attitude of his previous Rust releases, such as Denizens and Bridges.
