This town. Even now, the stars above it look so beautiful. Like if I could reach my hand high enough, I could reach them...
I think back to the reasons why I left this town in the first place.
Was it out of boredom? Because I wanted something more?
...Maybe. Maybe not.
Maybe I just wanted... freedom. I wanted to get away from everything.
I suppose our past always ends up catching up with us.

...Right. The reason why I'm here.
Dexter called. I hadn't heard his voice in years, but the way he spoke...
Something was wrong. I could tell.
He told me strange things are happening on Hollow Hill.
He told me the place was cursed. He told me he needed help.
Of course, I am never one to reject the opportunity to research the occult.
If something wrong is indeed happening back home.

D: But then this one ominous symbol appeared painted with blood on the floor of the library and then weird stuff started happening and-

K: DEXTER!!!

D: WHAT!

K: I know this already! You mailed me a thirty-page long resume!

D: Oh yeah no I'm sorry for boring you with details, it's not like my life is in mortal danger now.
