Summer is around the corner, and helping us usher it in with pizazz and cheer is @ray-mang. We're overjoyed; we've been close, captivated fans since the early days and have been looking for a project to slide his way since day one at LPH.

This particular journey started with a remix of SAIDÊRA's "Deixa Tudo Fluir," which LPH released earlier in the year. It's a feel-good samba song, magically both sunkissed and touched by a gentle pang of melancholia.

Mr. Mang magnified the presence of the rhythm section and imbued the whole arrangement with a playful patience, crafting a Brazilian-inflected disco jamboree that's tuned for sunset dance circles yet suited for all hands-in-the-air moments. Enjoy it alone or with groups small and large alike.

Re-grooved version of a Cerrone classic that builds, twists & undulates over the course of it's near nine minute journey. In many ways this was one of the first disco tracks that feels like a  prototype for House music but using real musicians rather than machines. A simple infectious groove that gets under your skin and builds towards a stunning sax laden crescendo towards the close. Legalize Lambada is back and there ain’t no moldy gorgonzola in this Italo homage!

Legendary cosmic captain Albion returns to Lambada-land and starts this edit compilation with “Nucleare”, a robotic jam seasoned with Italian vocals which serves as a great introduction. 
  
Ric Piccolo’s “Disco teacher” on A2 and “Alright” on B1 are serious floor fillers, possibly ready to injure part of the Boston dynamics fleet after inducing uncontrollable dance moves.

At the end it’s Hysteric’s “Moment” on B2 that prompts a soulful side of italo for some deep machine learning.

UK landmark label 20:20 Vision headed up by underground hero Ralph Lawson, continues to keep his ears to the ground, signing LA 3-piece ASHRR to the imprint.

Sun-kissed swagger, psychedelic hues, dosed up on a reflective euphoria experienced through a modern lens, ASHRR arose from LA’s bubbling musical underbelly in 2018. Comprised of Ethan Allen, Josh Charles, and Steven Davis, ASHRR was a chance for these three to let loose, distilling down soul- infused, funked-up space disco, new wave and indie electronica. Melodic, cosmic disco feels with an injection of a post-punk edge, synthesised and hazy yet with an analogue authority. Ethan and Josh work their magic at the controls, while Steven’s luscious vocal provides an illuminating aura.

Next single ‘Different Kind of Life’ lands on wax with remixes from the longstanding figurehead of Berlin’s electronic music culture ‘Massimiliano Pagliara’. Breaking their run of EPs on International Feel, Lauer and Fabrizio Mammarella reunite as Black Spuma with a trio of cuts on Futureboogie Recordings. The title track, is a throbbing, pulsating, bit-crunching beast of a track. A full mind and body workout that evokes the darker shades of early acid and new beat. 'Agguato' also packs a punch, with heavy drums sequences resonating throughout, whilst waves of hedonistic tones cut through feint melodicas and space invader tropes for a mind melting moment.
