After an epic one-week stay in Iceland, time had come to fly home.  Hekske, the little witch, gave a long farewell hug to her new Eldnorn friends, the Icelandic fire witches who had taught her the art to master extreme heat and cold, and many other witchy secrets.  The eldest Eldnorn witch gave her one precious present, a pouch with ash from the Kerið volcano in South-western Iceland, which she had collected after the powerful eruption they had witnessed a couple of days ago (see Witchtape #115).
After one last kiss to her Icelandic friends, she flew towards the east over the North Atlantic Ocean.  It was an uneventful flight, with only one short stopover on the Faroe Islands to collect her immaculately white dress which she had left behind during a hurricane while on the way to Iceland.  The return flight was a million times easier than the grueling slog through the rain and the gale force winds one week earlier (see Witchtape #103).  And after a pleasant and sunny flight to Flanders, the little witch touched down in the center glade of her home forest, where she was welcomed by Falke (the 9-year old witch apprentice) and Lalita (the Asian tree nymph), who were intrigued by the white Eldnorn dress the little witch was wearing, with its unique orange flame patterns.
After a refreshing bath in the nymph’s pond and a good night’s sleep, the little witch told many stories about the mythical Eldnorn witches to her friends, after which she took the pouch of volcanic ash and made a tour around the witch’s forest, while still wearing the white & orange Eldnorn dress.  The girl spread small amounts of ash at dozens of different places around the forest, where it will serve as fertilizer for the plants and the trees, but at the same time spreading the wholesome energy of the fire witches all over the forest.  And after completing the tour around the woods, the little witch returned to the middle, where she spread the last bits of volcanic ash around the little oak tree (which is only 3 feet high but destined to live for 1000 years and become the mother tree of the forest).  The next few minutes nothing happened, but then the little tree started to react by emitting a faint orange glow, which started to pulsate like a heartbeat.  This pulse slowly became stronger, and gradually spread around until the whole forest was resonating with this pulse … spreading the unique ‘ice & fire’ energy of the Eldnorn witches all over the forest …

Because in between recklessness and cowardice, there is courage, in between secrecy and loquacity, there is honesty. In between impulsiveness and indecisiveness, there is self-control.

But have someone achieved something extraordinary in the path of Balance? Maybe balance is the path to average, the space between extraordinary and ordinary. Giving equal attention to eight things makes you equally average at eight things. Should we follow balance?

Tugendhafte Pünktlichkeit 

Pünktlichkeit gilt in unseren Breitengraden als Tugend und wird anderseits in vielen Kontexten als Selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt. Wenn ein Termin auf eine bestimmte Uhrzeit festgelegt wird, haben beide Parteien die Pflicht, die Vereinbarung fristgerecht wahrzunehmen. Kommt eine Partei dieser Übereinkunft nicht nach, muss die andere Person warten. Dies kann bei einem vollen Terminkalender durchaus problematisch werden. Insbesondere dann, wenn die Verspätung nur unzureichend kommuniziert wird. Die wartende Person befindet sich nun in einer Dilemma Situation. Entweder widmet sie sich (halbherzig) anderen Dingen oder wartet einfach weiter. Je nach Situation, Konstitution und Beziehung wird die Entscheidung höchstwahrscheinlich anders ausfallen. 
Andere Menschen warten lassen ist nicht nur unhöflich, sondern auch eine Respektlosigkeit. Man schätzt die Zeit des anderen nicht angemessen wert und erhebt sich in gewissen Ausmaß über sein Gegenüber. Mindestens sollte man die andere Partei über die Unpünktlichkeit informieren und im besten Fall einen guten Grund liefern. Jedem kommt mal was dazwischen, die Frage ist, in welcher Form wird darüber aufgeklärt. Am besten ist natürlich Pünktlich zu sein, doch das ist oft leichter gesagt, als getan.

It hasn’t been easy for Ki:ki getting back to her good old friend mister DJ Controller as being a mother asks a lotta things. Combining DJ life with motherhood can be a bitch as clubs are mostly kids unfriendly and in lock-down periods people were expected to take care of kids at home while also continuing to do their day jobs. No time for anything else basically...

But with music being one of her biggest passions, she obviously had to make it back to the decks. And we are so happy she did! Experiencing music mindfully with others is what drives her most. To dance with others, to awaken jointly to the present moment. Very excited to share this masterpiece of art that Ki:Ki delicately crafted for us. She created a beautiful mix that searches the world for melodies that embrace the mind with the wind, kisses with the rain, and warms with sunlight ~ enjoy!! ❤

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
