First version of this song was written by V0yager using Renoise 2.5 and Synth1.

When I heard it, I immidiately decided to make a remix.
Firstly I wanted to go into dubstep, but after listening to Urban Pulse's remix of Vibrasphere's "Floating Free" (http://listn.to/UrbanPulse/player?t=0&amp;pos=0&amp;s=438290) I changed my mind and started writing this breakbeatish tune.

After finishing first 2 minutes I felt that something's missing here. Vocal. A woman's voice.
Fortunately, I didn't have to look very far for it - I asked my girlfried, Phaere, and she agreed to help me and record some vocals :)

The hardest part about making this song were lyrics. I couldn't find anything that would fit the theme enough, so I had to write them myself.

And there you have it.
A bit emoish song about feelings and stuff :P

Technical note: I rewritten the whole song in Renoise 1.9.1 using, among others, samples recorded from Synth1.

A dubstepish remix of Allister Brimble's classic tune from "Superfrog" Amiga game.
I tried to bring a bit of modern breeze to this composition while preserving oldschool module feel - that's why I decided to use many original game sounds instead of "fresher" arrangement :)

Special thanks for JazzCat for tips on EQ & stuff, though the mix still isn't as good as it could be ;) I promise I'll do better next time :D

Made with Renoise 1.9 using pure samples and internal effects. Written for Breakpoint 2010  streaming music competition - has been ranked #5. It was supposed to be classic, "mainstream"-like, light/dance'ish drum'n'bass tune, but I couldn't resist fitting it up with my usual melodies and arpeggios ;) Strongly inspired by "Beautiful Lies" by B-Complex.

Hello my friends. :)

Wow, it's been a while I posted something here, lol. :D
However, last time I did something I'm really proud of. This time I tried to make something from my old composition, but I've worked much more on the production rather than composition. Just wanted to have some fun. ;)

The composition is quite old, because the main part was composed yet in August 2014. Well, a while ago. ;)
The history of this track is a bit funny. That time (in 2014) I was bored, while playing with Schism Tracker (I have nothing new to track!), so I tried to click on various keys on the keyboard. I remember, that that time I was watching great old cartoon "Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner" (which I also used to watch from VHS when I was a child - yep, I still have that tape :D). However, I thought about it while playing and decided to try to play the "coyote" word on an instrument loaded into Schism Tracker. The result was really interesting (I'd never thought, I would hear something with any sense), so I decided to save it into a small module. It was really funny to do so, but that original version wasn't really enjoyable - it was rather rough. I decided to keep it in an archive and wait for a moment, when I will recompose it to something better and - I think, that this is just this moment. ;)

Well, maybe this (really) new version of this composition is still not really perfect, but I think it's nice to listen to it. :) Especially, since it's just a music joke. :D
