Multi-instrumentalist and electronic producer Frythm has teamed up with LA-based experimental artist Lake Hills on upcoming single, ‘Over You’ to be released on the 19th of January. 

The single precedes the release of their upcoming EP, Across The Room which was mastered by Grammy Award-winning engineer Daddy Kev (Ross From Friends, Flying Lotus, Shigeto) and is scheduled for release on the 2nd of February via Alpha Pup Records. Frythm and Lake Hills were responsible for the EP production and mixing.

About the DJ: sister rickii is an east coast dubstep familiar that has recently found a secondary home in the energetic groove of dark and spacious techno. With her finger on the pulse of murky, low end sounds, sister rickii aims to curate sets that deny convention and embrace the unconventional - allowing the dance to resonate with low end frequencies and unfiltered energy.

About the Mix: This mix is an exploration of minimal percussive techno that focuses mainly on hypnotic atonal rhythms and chunky kicks. It’s a fast and raw take on dark & moody underground sounds that are familiar to my project. &&& you already know it’s 140.
