London-based producer Lucas Harrington releases ‘All The Time EP’ on the revered melodic imprint, OVAVA Music. The two-track EP demonstrates Harrington’s approach to Deep House, electronic music, and Afro House, balancing immersive sound design with club-ready rhythms.
The title track, ‘All The Time’, blends Afro House rhythm with Amapiano-inspired bounce, built around crisp percussion, a rolling low end, and a vocal hook for the dancefloor. ‘Latenite’ offers a darker, peak-time contrast, driven by tight rhythms, electronic textures, and layered melodic elements.
Lucas Harrington, a 19-year-old London-based music producer who works at the intersection of Deep House, electronic music, and Afro House, has allowed his sound to develop and evolve naturally. His productions combine emotional depth with precision, resulting in tracks that are immersive, expansive, and dancefloor-ready. Drawing on experiences from both mountain and city life, he creates music that effortlessly juxtaposes organic warmth with rhythmic complexity. Harrington continues to build a body of work that reflects a cosmopolitan sensibility and a strong commitment to craft.
‘All The Time EP’ marks the 12th release on OVAVA Music, a label that has quickly established itself as a leading tastemaker in the underground electronic scene. Label head Ollie Mundy continues to grow his reputation as both an artist and curator, performing across Europe and the US, and hosting a monthly show on Bloop Radio as well as a residency with Organica in Ibiza. Beyond studio releases, Ollie continues to command global dancefloors with his performances. This coming Friday marks the release of Julien Chaptal's full-length, The Way on Carl Cox's lesser known imprint, Awesome Soundwave. The L.P. isn't just the French producer's debut on the label but it's his first album ever and it's loaded with 11 club-ready tunes without any filler to show for, including the opener which we have the exclusive premiere for here today. This beautiful beast is titled "Fantasy" and it's a sparse one that stars a quirky acid line that'll reach into your mind and turn it inside out.

<p>In the same vein as her recently launched MOOD imprint, Believe is suited to a number of atmospheres and settings. Across the nine original productions and one collaboration with label boss Adam Beyer, Nicole has crafted a sonically diverse long-player of sounds which draw on the plethora of styles electronic music has to offer. From her accustomed techno to twisted house and everything in-between, the stylistic variety on offer means cuts Believe will easily feature in more intimate settings and big-room venues alike. Believe features a host of tracks aimed squarely at the clubs. From the moody Movin On, the bass-heavy Do Your Thing, to the industrial techno grooves on Come And Lay and the hypnotic chanting vocal on Get On It, the techno-aficionados will not be disappointed with what is sublime set of cuts that will no doubt destroy any dance-floor. </p>

<p>In contrast however, there are more intimate moments to be found. For example the rhythmically entrancing yet uplifting Fly With You, to Liberum Spirita with its mazy ethereal breakdown, and the synth-heavy percussive builder Lumière Tamisée. Nicoles further flexes her production muscle with the stripped back dub-flavours of Big Love With No Apology, and a robotic groove-laden funk on the standout Can I Get Some. Believe delivers a consummate body of work with which Nicoles considerable abilities in the studio are clear for all to hear. A wide-range of sounds that is sure to appeal to the idiosyncratic tastes of the various sub-sections of electronic music community. Furthermore, it lives up to the high-standards of previous Drumcode long-players and is an engrossing and impressive debut; and one that offers a smooth segue into the next chapter of an already exciting career.</p>
