Next in the time-line, Time After Time presents TAT006, a captivating release by the talented Mexican producer, David Podhel, marking his debut on the Colombo-based label. The opening track, Albiorix, serves as a mesmerizing dancefloor essential that seamlessly draws in both dedicated genre enthusiasts and casual listeners alike. Infused with spacy effects and psychedelic nuances, it skillfully constructs a meditative atmosphere, delving into the recesses of the subconscious mind. Following track, Titan, maintains the hypnotic allure established at the outset but takes a melodic leap, showcasing David's creative prowess. The arrangement gracefully navigates from hypnotic depths to a euphoric climax, preserving the distinct artistic signature of the producer. The final piece unveils Echo Daft's interpretation of "Albiorix," steering towards smooth atmospheres, rhythmic percussions, and meditative undertones. Echo Daft skillfully retains the essence of the original while infusing his Sri Lankan flair, infusing the release with delightful diversity. Clocking in at over twenty minutes of innovative music, David and Echo Daft transcend the notion of a mere hype-fueled ascent to stardom. D.J. MacIntyres SLC-6 Music continues a strong fourth quarter by showcasing new interpretations of Rockkas Black Sands. Hailing from Sri Lanka, Rockka aka Lakith Adikaram has been releasing his own unique style of progressive music for the better part of three years. Making his mark through a series of Droid9 releases featuring deep and atmospheric grooves, Rockka demonstrated his mastery, paving the way for a notable ascent early in his career. Although younger than most of his contemporaries, the Nugegoda resident impressed going forward, quickly landing projects with Balkan Connection, Clubsonica, Mango Alley, RKP and Yomo Records. SLC-6 Music has also been a comfortable landing spot for Rockka, with two originals and a remix released across 2023, one of those being Black Sands which was part of the SIX: Stage-16 collection. Now, looking to inject new life into the track, SLC-6 calls upon Nicolas Benedetti, Dr Green and Matias Vega to re-imagine the production in their own essence. The first interpretation finds Nicolas Benedetti returning to the label for his sixth appearance. Known for his smooth progressive style, the Buenos Aires resident re-models Black Sands in fine fashion, maintaining the dark drive of the original while adding his own chunky cadence and lively melodic top lines. Sri Lankan artist and label A&R Dr Green is next and he brings greater depth to the track with his cross-cultural style. Subversive vocal phrasing and timely instrumentation give the mix his own inimitable stamp, while a powerful low end and stunning effects narrative provide all the dancefloor magic you could ever want. Rounding out the release with his second SLC-6 appearance is Argentinean talent Matias Vega who arrives following an EP for Suza Records. The Catamarca resident brings a nostalgic approach with a series of buzzing chord stabs and panoramic effects which ultimately power this peak-time gem.

Magnitude Recordings was started by @francescopico in 2005. The label quickly gained international recognition in the tech house- and progressive house scenes, working with well respected artists such as Eelke Kleijn (as Backroom Boyz, a collab with Francesco Pico himself), Ferreck Dawn, Roell Sapphire, Harold Heath and Camiel Daamen to name a few, which gained a lot of DJ support. 

After a seven year hiatius the label returned in 2018 under de wings of the @manual-music record company. Freshly revamped and serving as a home for the sound Francesco Pico loves most; intelligent, groovy and rolling progressive house. Kamilo Sanclemente, Not Demure, Ewan Rill, K Loveski, Golan Zocher, Callecat, Jaap Ligthart, Paul Hazendonk and Ric Niels are a small cross-section of the artists that call Magnitude Recordings their home nowadays, making Magnitude a brand operating at the forefront of the modern day progressive house scene.
