my Attempt on Accessing Lucid through music, I used certain Instruments, to match certain frequencies. It's almost similar to what we call "binaural beats".

Guide (How I use it) :
wake up 3-4 hours earlier than ur normal time of waking up.
Wet your hands, face, and feet. sit on the ground for a moment, and occasionally, put your face, feet, hand and knees on the ground, with your hip leveled higher, and then stand back up.
the purpose of that was to get the blood flowing primarily to your head.

Have a glass  of water or two, and don't eat or drink anything else.
and then put yourself back to sleep, while listening to this. repeat this piece until you fall asleep, I've estimated it, you might need to play this on repeat for 15 - 30 times, and you should use the "Auto Off mode", because even when you've fallen asleep, your head still needs the transition to stay Asleep and Stable. 

When you're in there, try to have fun, imagine only beautiful things, start with the sky, and then do whatever you want.

Lucid dreaming has been proven to be able to improve life in some ways, you can do some research about it if you don't feel like it's safe.

Careful tho, if you think you're gonna have nightmares, you're gonna have nightmares, and sometimes you have to face them first before you can wake up.
