the motif is only modified slightly and if people genuinely don't think toby modifies motifs like this they should relisten to the undertale soundtrack lol.

the actual motif only has like 2 notes changed and the measures swapped. it's only modified because the original is in major and my funky town is. not.

sweet capn cakes are literally a band. they write music. the shadowmen are playing the song they wrote. it's not that deep.
