Making music during this whole quarantine thing has been really weird, and I say that in whatever endearing way that I can. Being able to work on things like this album with little to no other daily obligations has been meditative to a degree. This album, for me, is really about just making the best use of this new free time that I can, just to stare into the abyss of boredom and laziness and see if anything stares back. That's why I went with "Oblivion" for the name of the album. This whole collection of songs isn't one cohesive theme or idea. It's the culmination of all of my efforts to fight back the figurative fall into the depths of a lethargic oblivion. That's kind of deep, but whatever. There's a lot going on in terms of genres in this album, so if you're a fan of electronic, bets are that there's something in here you can get with.

P.S.   Some credit where it's due:

Managed to grab some audio from Jacob Collier's "Moon River" arrangement, which I used for the flip, as well as one of the songs in his Beat Sketch series, which I utilized heavily in "Wrong Number." Used some TED Talk audio in "Cloudy Mirrors" and "Sati." Also, thanks to some of my friends for providing some funny little clips that are thrown in here and there.
