About the song 
read a book recently by Dolly Parton & James Patterson called Run Rose Run, about a young gifted country and western singer who went to Nashville Tennessee to try and get her songs published and it gave me an idea for a song. This song is dedicated to all of us who write songs and never make it, The standard Issue Average Joe's who just love to make music and entertain people usually for Free.
