this is a piece I composed for the "2HDTM" event. the theme is a song inspired by the pharaoh. in this song, i used the egyptian scale (C-D-Eb-F#-G-Ab-B-C) and aimed to create a sound reminiscent of a game stage from the sega mega drive/genesis.

the sounds i'm using for this piece are from chipsynth MD by plogue.

i composed this piece for the "2HDTM" event where the theme is "a song with shakuhachi". as a non-japanese, i did a quick research about the characteristic of shakuhachi and the pentatonic scale before recorded this piece. i hope you will enjoy it.

i'm using the shakuhachi sound from kontakt library.
