Hello, Lovelies! 

Ever wonder how people come to a connection? You hear people constantly say "it came to me in a meditation" and "I figured it out in the shower" but what does that actually look like?! Here's your chance to be a fly on the wall and listen to what I'm actually thinking and how I go about processing things. This was completely spontaneous, and I decided to leave it in the episode. How diets perpetuate the negative food relationship and the scarcity mindset

How mindset change is more beneficial than any diet
