When I was asked to play at @irgendwo-bremen, doubts rushed through my head, and it took me a bit to decide. I had spent so much time at that place, poured my heart into it, and made memories and friends, but still hadn't been there for 2.5 years. Coming back with many of those friends was a super precious moment. 

Playing a slot and music that are totally unusual for me was quite challenging, but it turned out to be a kool fit.
Yes, I planned a set, and yes, I used sync - hate me for that. My anxiety almost always kills me, and playing primetime maxed that out. Being super critical about my mixing skills doesn't help much either and has kept me from uploading my usual downtempo/midtempo sets in the past. DJing is part of my selftherapy and is just one thing, i do when it comes to partys.

I won't let fear guide me!

I was fortunate to see lots of familiar faces in the crowd, smiling and cheering me on. Thanks, my loves! 
Also, love to all the people who helped set up that wicked good outdoor club since 2017. If you visit Bremen, make sure to check it out. Last but not least, thänks to the actual crew for keeping the place alive and putting some finishing touches on it.

The name Mareia stands for bouncy and eclectic sound as well as dirty bits and pieces. On one side her style lets you dance automatically and on the other side raises an honest smile into the faces of the crowd. However, being just a DJ is not enough for the likeable 29 year old Russian/Austrian mélange, she also loves to produce her own sounds and is a part of the Heimlich collective. There’s one obvious fact, if you get in touch with Mareias sound as a recipient and dancer: You will always get thrilled!
