This week we turn our attention to Japan, as we are delighted to welcome back one of our good friends that been serving his music through PHW since the beginning for us with the labels. He is a true gentleman as well as a truly talented producer for the melodic and dreamy side of progressive and he always takes us on subtle journeys with his fantastic music. With that said, we of course welcome him back on our roster with 2 brand new productions from his studio, so ready for the summer season in Europe.

“Cloud 9” has all the richness and melodic flow that we from time to time tend to come back to, as this was how it all started for us, and who would we be if not bringing back some of the magic when we can. This is another absolutely gorgeous melodic progressive production from AKI Amano to enjoy sunny days with. 

“Morning Dew” as the 2nd track on the EP is called is yet again a melodic masterpiece built through rich melodic layers, fresh pads and piano rolls. It’s definitely meant for the warm and sunny days that you spend with all the right people in your lives. It’s an absolutely fresh breath of air, making you go for the repeat button.

So Vince told me about this track called 3579 KM by Kalafut & Fygle. I never heard of it but he told me that this track was one of his favorite trance classics. After one listen I was sold. We thought to ourselfs lets bring some life in this beauty again! We decided to remix it and this is the result.

It’s about time to bring on the full artillery for a lot of melodic progressive house lovers out there, as we today is to bring on a fine selection of original earlier having releases on the label as they today comes in new shapes. This week we have set up a small collection of music that we over the past months seen rally up the charts, getting new interpretations and ideas from people that we certainly think and believe are on the rise with their shining touch behind the DAW. This collection contain 5 different remixes, on 5 different originals.

Third out is another warm debut welcome as we see the duo behind Mark & Lukas join the label for the first time, as they have taken on the challenge to rework Lesh - Nevermore, taken from his EP with us back in November as well. We are so pleased to see this production come alive and land on a PHW release. With some amazing melodic arrangements created to rework the original ideas, we now leave it in your hands and we are both thrilled and excited to bring on the plethora of sounds from the ever surprisingly duo behind Mark & Lukas.
