Big news at Fckng Serious! The founding father of our beloved label, Boris Brejcha, returns to his roots after his time at Ultra Music and releases on his own label Fckng Serious.
On June 10, after a 4-year hiatus, his first original single will be released on the label he founded in 2015. In the meantime, he still contributed remixes for his label colleagues Moritz Hofbauer and Theydream. For the new single, he picked two songs that many fans have been waiting for a very long time.
"Up Down Jumper" and "Keep Rollin" are two of the tracks Boris currently plays at every gig. Tomorrowland (Belgium), EDC Las Vegas (United States), Kappa Futur (France), Ushuaia (Spain) at his own shows around the world and currently on his tour through Colombia, Peru, Brazil and the USA, these tracks are an important part of his show. Of course, the two tracks were also part of his latest livestream for Cercle live from the arena in Nimes.
Musically, we can expect a lot from this release. The title track "Up Down Jumper" is a classic Boris track and has 100% Joker sound. "Keep Rollin" also stamps its mark on every electro fan with its exciting break and driving sequences.
Fckng Serious is very happy about his return and solemnly welcomes (back) the Master of High-Tech-Minimal.

The countdown is drawing to a close as we approach the highly anticipated release of the year. Boris Brejcha's 9th album, "Level One," is set to drop on Fckng Serious on April 19, 2024. As we edge closer to this monumental release date, we're treated to a final sneak peek. This preview includes two tracks, "Terminal Zero" and "Atlantis," showcasing Boris Brejcha's signature style once again.

Boris himself describes his album as a captivating blend of familiar and nostalgic sounds, offering listeners a delightful journey through his artistic career. "Level One" encapsulates his entire musical journey, featuring a variety of songs that not only showcase his unmistakable style but also pay homage to his previous works.

The two new tracks, "Terminal Zero" and "Atlantis," are not only integral parts of Boris' set but also represent the fusion he aims to emphasize in his album. "Terminal Zero" reveals Boris's deep connection to high-tech minimal sounds beloved in clubs. Its driving bassline and classic Boris Brejcha elements make it suitable for both big festivals and intimate techno clubs. On the other hand, "Atlantis" holds a special position as the concluding track of "Level One." It possesses a timeless quality, almost inviting listeners to dream with its emotional melody and flowing structure, serving as the album's outro.

Matching the latest release "Equilibrium" by Swiss duo Theydream, on Fckng Serious, a Remix EP with four remixes by great artists is going to be released. The edits have been contributed by artists of the label itself as well as by artists who have not yet released on Fckng Serious. An important feature: Label boss Boris Brejcha himself also contributes his share to this EP. The label is especially happy about this because Boris hasn't released on FS since his deal with Ultra.

Ann Clue, Boris Brejcha, Frost, and Moritz Hofbauer have all given this extraordinary track their very own touch and so four completely different songs were created which have their very own strengths.

With Frost, Theydream got a new star in the techno heaven by their side, who has already released on Anjunadeep and Mau5trap and whose songs are streamed several million times. The Australian even got support from Pete Tong on Radio BBC 1.

Ann Clue delivers as always. The techno diva, who has been under contract with Fckng Serious since the beginning of time, supports her label colleagues in her usual techno-heavy manner with a remix that is suitable for all dancefloors.

Moritz Hofbauer is the second external artist to make his debut on FS with this remix and is convincing beyond all measure. The young DJ practiced early on and his productions are not only presented by him at big festivals, but also appear regularly in sets of well-known DJs like Aka Aka, Township Rebellion, or Dirty Doering.
