With his new EP "EXIT" Boris Brejcha continues the success of his first two single releases "Spicy feat. Ginger" and "House Music feat. Arctic Lake". The 3-track EP once again underpins his distinctive musical style, which he himself describes as "high-tech minimal". The lead track "EXIT" is a driving techno track that is bursting with pure dancefloor energy. Paired with futuristic vocal samples, Boris Brejcha once again showcases his signature style.
"The Caravan" impresses with powerful drums, paired with an unprecedented melody in the break, which is enclosed with an energetic and powerful drop.
The track "Cruise Lane" rounds off this EP and sparks desire for his upcoming album Himmelblau, which will be released in winter 2021.

The rolling and creaky bass is the engine from the spaceship and the spacey melody is to sound, like a Morse signal, through space to make new friends, and party together. A classic techno board, with a smooth melody, the way I like it best."

The New Sins aka producer Nick Phillips and his long-time collaborator Lou Hayter, ex-keyboardist of New Young Pony Club, make their Defected debut with ‘Lights Down’, a hypnotic house cut that comes alongside a remix from the on-form Waze & Odyssey. Described as “dangerously catchy” by Thump, ‘Lights Down’ features an effortless vocal from Hayter and ice-cool electro-leaning production underpinned by a solid, dancefloor-focussed groove.

Opening the EP is the Waze & Odyssey Remix of the track. Following the success of ‘Bump N Grind’, which peaked at No.3 in the UK Single Chart, the duo take a similar approach to reworking ‘Lights Down’, creating a track designed for the club but arguably destined for cross-over success. The original mix is more drum heavy with atmospheric synths and a real intensity to the sound that demonstrates The New Sins’ individual style of production.

Renowned German DJ and producer ​Boris Brejcha has unveiled his hotly anticipated new album ​Space Diver,​ out​ 24th January​ via ​Ultra Music​.
SpaceDiveri​sanemotionally-charged,ten-trackjourney,with​Brejchamasterfully guiding the listener through an array of terrain. No fewer than three tracks from the LP have already been released as singles: there’s the hypnotic, recently released
   
‘Lieblingsmensch’​, trance-inflicted ​‘Never Look Back’ and melodic techno roller ‘Gravity’​, which features the vocals of Berlin-based singer-songwriter ​Laura Korinth​. Things are then closed out with ​‘To The Moon And Back’​, an expertly-crafted slice of what Brejcha refers to as ​‘High-Tech Minimal’​, with the album finding that sweet spot between energetic club cuts and relaxed home listening.
