Majesty is currently a one-man indie band, written and recorded by 花约翰 (Huā John).

Majesty's musical style combines elements of traditional Eastern Asian music with the laid-back vibe of lo-fi indie, creating a unique and captivating fusion.

John's musical journey began with an upbringing surrounded by Chinese classic pop music, a passion that later expanded to a deep affection for Eastern Asian traditional melodies. During his early teenage years, the realms of heavy metal, hardcore, punk, and rock 'n' roll opened up to him, capturing his heart, and started playing guitar with multiple bands.

However, as time went on, John found himself yearning for individuality. Driven by this desire, he fearlessly ventured beyond the confines of established music genres. Through this courageous exploration, he started crafting music that authentically reflected his inner essence. The music of Majesty was born.
