During the year of quarantine, Major7 used the time to experience and explore new directions & styles. Broadening his production and taking the opportunity to do things outside of the box.
The result is 'Like No Other' an amazing concept album that touches on lots of electronic music genres, such as progressive house, melodic techno & trance.
This is not the usual Major7 we are used to hearing during live shows. It is simply an album that Major7 created for the purpose of exploration, including collaborations with Berg, Basscannon and Tijah.
Utilizing the time during the pandemic, taking you on a journey through new sounds and influences.

Pensando em criar algo mais futurista e tecnológico, a música que inicialmente iria se chamar "Mr. Technology" foi iniciada, mas ocorreram muitos erros e falhas inesperadas em seu processo de criação, portanto nome da música foi alterado para "Error 404" que expressa quão complicado foi para concluí-la.

Quando você está procurando algo e acaba se perdendo, você cai na zona 404 onde qualquer coisa pode acontecer, incluindo erros de sistema, onde somente o futuro pode decidir o próximo passo.

Com base nessa história, a faixa "Error 404" foi criada, onde você pode encontrar sons de erros e bugs que ocorrem em nossas vidas diáriamente.

Thinking about creating something more futuristic and technological, the music that initially was called "Mr. Technology" was started, but there were many errors and unexpected crashes in its creation process, so the name of the song was changed to " Error 404 "which expresses how laborious it was to conclude it.

When you are looking for something and you end up losing yourself, you fall into zone 404 where anything can happen, including system errors where only the future can decide the next step.

Based on this story, the track "Error 404" was created, where you can find sounds of errors and bugs that happen in our daily lives.

Durante o período em que estava montando o conceito desse novo projeto, eu passei por varios momentos de distintas inspirações, onde acabaram saindo a Stardust, a Opus e 2 tracks com o Harmonika. Desse primeiro ciclo que tomou conta de julho a dezembro do ano passado, eu trago pra vocês a minha track preferida. Com vocais sampleados de Before a I Forget, cantada pelo Corey Taylor, #1 da banda, a Opus. 1

Throughout the period when I was consolidating the concept of this new project, I went through several moments of different ideas and inspirations, this is when i made Stardus, Opus and 2 more tracks with Harmonika.  And from this first cycle that took place from July to December last year, I bring to you all my favorite track. Featuring sampled vocals from Before a I Forget, sung by Corey Taylor, the Opus. 1
