Women stick us in the friend zone because we have a habit of doing things around her that aren't attractive. 

Maybe it's being too nice.

Maybe it's giving her too much approval.

Maybe it's because you're scared of her.

Whatever it is, SHE SEES THESE HABITS and she has slotted you away in her mind as a guy who is not attractive to her and someone who she has no choice but to stick in the friend zone.

So how do we get away from this? 

How do we get away from the dreaded "friend zone"? 

We have to start breaking these habits.

We have to interrupt the patterns of being a nice guy, kissing her ass, being afraid of her, and whatever else you're doing to make yourself look unattractive to her.

When you break the habit or interrupt the pattern, she NOTICES something is DIFFERENT.

She notices that the friend zone guy pattern is being broken and it catches her attention.

If you develop "non friend zone guy" habits and patterns, you'll keep her attention.

Even better, she'll begin to feel ATTRACTION for you. 

She'll begin to see you as a guy who is not friend zone material.

It's possible to climb out of the friend zone, but it's only going to be one inch at a time.

Because like Al Pacino says in Any Given Sunday, "You can climb out of hell, ONE INCH AT A TIME."
