Here is my saxophone duet from my composition recital. It depicts what I imagine an average day to be in downtown, Portland. It includes many scenes that I have personally experienced when in Portland, including getting very lost, witnessing beautiful street performers, receiving a confusing parking ticket, and getting stuck in stop-and-go traffic. The movements are:
1. Are you sure it's this way?
2. Street performers
3. And the ticket goes to...
4. The trouble with traffic.

I graduated in 2018 from the Seattle Film Institute and earned a Master of Music in Film Composition. I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Composition in 2016 from the University of Oregon.

At the UO, I studied music composition with Robert Kyr, Terry McQuilkin, and David Crumb. I was also a member of the Oregon Composers Forum. At SFI, I studied under film composer Hummie Mann.
