Maker + Meyer Mix [April 2013]

Jon Maker and Rob Meyer began their collaborative work together under the Maker + Meyer moniker back in 2008 after having met at high school, where they built a strong friendship through their shared passion for music composition and performance.

Since then, Maker + Meyer have played out tirelessly for a number of promoters in and around the city of London and further afield to the likes of Edinburgh, Oxford and throughout Hertfordshire. Over time, the duo have built up a reputation amongst Brick Lane's day-time party crowd and have been widely praised for the quality of their extended sets at Cafe 1001.

They performed their first live show at Adam Beyer's Drumcode warehouse party in London in September 2010 - one of London's most anticipated parties of the year and now the duo continue their work in the studio, exploring new ideas and further developing a new live concept.

Maker + Meyer are now residents for one of London's hottest parties, VOID, which so far has included guest performances from the likes of Ben Klock, DVS1, Tommy Four Seven, Phase, MPIA3, Forward Strategy Group and Perc to name a few. More than just a party, VOID is a collective of like minded artists whose goal is to promote and develop techno in London and the UK.
