For Making Time's first mix release, I wanted to put together a collection of songs that speak to the dramatic experience of emerging from a dark, quiet midwestern winter into the lush hopefulness of spring. These tracks reflect the mood that accompanied the genesis of Making Time. Sober reflection, ambiguity, intuition, femininity, play, utopia, relentlessness, loss, and starting anew are all heavily considered feelings and topics in the world I'm building. I hope you'll come along :)
