Influenced by New York house scene in the 2000s, she became a DJ after visiting NY to see her musical heroes like Louie Vega, Jihad Muhammad, Joe Claussell, Ian Friday to name a few. Currently she’s active playing in Seoul, presenting her exclusive afro and soulful sound of house music. Afro sound is definitely a motive to make her spin. Internationally she is running ‘Seoulful House’ with House Nation Music, introducing domestically popular but internationally unknown Korean DJs. As a DJ, she is moving forward to expand Korean underground house scene into a broad spectrum of culture that anyone can come and enjoy!

Traxsource LIVE! #373 with Louie Vega

Boyd H. Jarvis (October 26, 1958 – February 17, 2018) was an American record producer, remixer and musician, best known for his song, co-written with Jason Smith, "The Music Got Me"; released in 1983 by Prelude Records. He has collaborated with artists such as Herbie Hancock, La Toya Jackson and Johnny Kemp.  In the early 1980s, a time in which New York City was the world's nexus of burgeoning musical movements such as underground club/post-disco, rap, hip hop and electro, Jarvis created a musical sound through the use of home made, reel to reel and hand-played sparse synthesizer and drum machine tracks, that were featured extensively as overdubs on early-mid 1980s New York WBLS FM “extended music sweeps” with DJs Timmy Regisford and later, Merlin Bobb.  Mr. Jarvis played the synthesizer while Mr. Regisford mixed records and played beats he had made. He came up with his own style of bass lines, and he parlayed the bass lines into a lot of different music, and it opened the gateway to what they now call house music.
