From the vibrant streets of Prince George's County, Maryland, to the electrifying pulse of New York City, Malachi Rivers is a true Renaissance talent: an award-winning actor, content creator, producer, rapper, and spoken-word artist. His journey has taken him to iconic stages like the Kennedy Center, the Apollo Theatre, and the Blue Note Cafe, and even to Hollywood with a role in David Fincher's Oscar-winning film "Mank."


A seasoned performer in the music world, Malachi toured with Grammy-nominated jazz luminaries Marcus Strickland and Keyon Harrold as the spoken-word poet for the Twi-Life group, supporting their critically acclaimed album "Open Reel Deck." His contributions were lauded, with AllMusic noting, "the title track... begins with a subdued neo-soul backdrop over which spoken word artist Malachi fires out some free association poetry drenched in social critique," and Tom Hull's Jazz Prospecting calling his "spoken word exploits... riveting."


In 2024, Malachi garnered significant accolades for his acting and writing, winning Best Actor Drama and Best Writing Drama at the Indie Series Awards for his series "Moments." This powerful series also clinched Best International Series and Best Drama at the 2023 Rio Web Fest, among other prestigious awards.
