Lente Lente is a song inspired by my friend Karen Wells, who makes beautiful felts and felted items very slowly and sells them under the label 'Lente' which means slow and by Carl honores book "In Praise of Slow". I dont say I a;ways live by the words of this song, but its a note to myself about how I want to live.

I wrote this song after a magic day in Seattle, still on a high from Kindlingsfest on Orcas Island. this is a live recording from a gig at the Missing Sock in Cambridge, the first time the rest of the band had ever heard or played the song!
