This video for the song 'I Know' is about being in the middle of a relationship conflict while recognising that our minds are putting walls up to protect us which painfully shuts our hearts out. Our minds are deceiving us though, as underneath we still love each other, even if we can't feel it in that moment.

The background to this video was filmed at the magical Cathedral Grove on Vancouver Island, British Columbia where some of the trees are over 800 years old.
