A "tongue in cheek" song about political correctness and how ludicrous it's all become!  Just written as a bit of fun, not meant to insult anyone in any way.   It's more of a story than a song so forgive me for some of the dodgy notes!

A country mile

With full acknowledgement to Mary Elizabeth Frye who wrote these beautiful words in 1932 hoping to bring some solace to those whose lost loved ones could not be repatriated after World War I. I have tried to add some suitable music and only tweaked the words the minimum necessary to get the song to scan. I hope you enjoy.
