The Set I played at Chigal Festival 22 is now online. This one was very special to me as I realized that it has been 5 years ago at the same spot - in that amazing bunker, with an amazing crowd and most importantly: most of my closest friends supporting me while I was about to play my first set ever…It was actually not planned that I am standing there but someone else…

Now 5 years later, standing in that same DJ Booth again, I felt more connected than ever - enjoying every single minute dancing with every lovely soul in front of and next to me - sometimes even a little bit too much as you might hear during the set when people came to prost with me while I was mixing and in the end fucked it up - hups, shit happens - all the time! But in the end I learned: I am grateful that this special person forced me to push my boundaries and play my beloved techno music for others: because no matter what, everything goes on and it is just a question of what you make out of it and how you contribute to it. For me Techno and generally music is healing, makes me happy, gives me perspective and connects people and therefore I would like to contribute at least a little bit to make people happy. Enjoy!

Pascal Feos Tribute Set

I recorded this set on a tribute to Pascal FEOS Party, been playing my selection of Pascal's own productions, and once more I'm astonished how fresh and timeless his music still sounds. His top notch state of the art skills in production and experienced DJing are reflected in his taste and creative choices one can hear in his always soulful TechnoHouse music, balancing the influences of Chicago House and Detroit Techno into his very own signature of sound. 

Eternally thankful to Pascal for his caring Greek hospitality and having shared his know-how, I learned a lot from him in countless studio sessions, and also no words for his ongoing support, for example with his excellent remixes he did, his always honest feedback on my music, mastering my early tunes and expanding my sense for studio environments.

‘ I Can Feel That’ presence and energy, 
he is ‘Still Here’ in his music, gone but not forgotten. 

Rest in peace bro 🙏🏻

Moin Leutis,
nach einem längeren Winterschlaf, starten wir mit einem neuen MUSHCAST in die zweite Runde. 

Wir haben Raesa eingeladen, uns mit auf eine verträumte Reise  zu nehmen. 
Doch wer steht eigentlich hinter dem Namen Raesa? 

hier eine kurze Beschreibung: 
Raesa sind Rae und Esa. Schon viele Jahre trifft man sie hier und dort auf den Tanzflächen der Stadt Greifswald. Das Schicksal führte sie vor zwei Jahren musikalisch zusammen, um uns mit ihrer Musik zu verzaubern.  
Es entsteht ein Spektakel elektronischer Musik. Immer wieder trifft altes auf neues. 

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass sie unserer Einladung gefolgt sind und vielleicht könnt ihr sie bald öfters hören auf unseren Veranstaltungen. Doch so viel wollen wir noch nicht verraten :) 

Und jetzt schließt eure Augen und kommt mit uns auf eine verträumte Reise in andere Welten!

Meine vierte und auch letzte LIVE-Session für dieses Jahr kommt diesmal aus Hamburg. Hierfür hat sich Neal White hinter seine Geräte gesetzt und eine aufregende und umwerfende Stunde zusammengeschraubt.

Niels ist ein alter Hase was elektronische Musik angeht. Angefangen hat er Mitte der 90er mit Freunden als DJ für Ambient und Breakbeats. Um die Jahrtausendwende zog es Neal White dann nach Berlin wo er dann auch beschlossen hat sein erstes Studio einzurichten … damals mit freundlicher Unterstützung von Andreas Krüger vom Dritten Raum. Seit dieser Zeit hat er das DJing an den Nagel gehängt und macht nur noch elektronische Musik und ein bisschen Techniker in Club in Hamburg.

Was Niels da so elektronisch macht nennt er selbst Spulitech … wie ich finde es ziemlich auf den Punkt bringt … irgendwie super verspult und doch schön techi … auch schon ziemlich gut für die Afterhour geeignet ;-)

Ich hab Neal White das erste Mal bei einem Besuch in Hamburg 2014 im legendären Universum Altona live erleben dürfen und war sofort super begeistert. Seither hab ich seine Sachen regelmäßig verfolgt und wie dann im März sein Album „Louis und die Mädchen“ bei Nixx Neues erschienen ist hab ich ihn gleich mal gefragt ob er nicht Lust hat ein Live-Set für meine kleine Reihe zu machen … „na aber logo“ war die Reaktion. 

Hey Niels es ist mir ein große Freude und Ehre dieses hammer Live-Set bei mir zu veröffentlichen … tausend Dank für deinen Einsatz … macht nicht jeder ;-) … und meinen lieben Hörern wünsch ich nun einen schöne Spulitech-Stunde mit Neal White <3
