More than a quick peek over the pond was the aim of this mix, as I was trying to blend genre bending US-Freestyle with 80s Electro from all over the globe and some Italo. The result is an hour of synthetic tunes mashed up with R'nB rooted US-smashers, proving that pizza and coke is and shall remain a match made in discomatic heaven.

Starborough has been involved in the Westcoast Sound of Holland scene around Cybernetic Broadcasting System and IntergalacticFM for almost 20 years, organising parties, hosting radioshows and running the now defunct Radio Galaxia channel for IntergalacticFM.

With his broad selection of classic house, electro and disco tracks he rocked dancefloors in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Dordrecht. Starborough’s carefully constructed deejay sets combine the swing of soul and funk with the mechanical push of house and electro, with some Italian melancholy thrown in for good measure.

Dj amatoriale  dagli anni 2000 , nato con l'house music ( quella con l'anima dentro così gli piace dire ) quindi tutti dischi con le voci black ,  Lisa Stanfield, Lisa Millet, Michelle Weeks, Barbara Tucker, Donna Summer ____ ricorda di aver sentito a 18 anni intro di Alan braxe e inizio' a interessarsi a questo mondo , altro disco che segno' una svolta musicale fu "He not in" dei Chicken Lips. Da lì nn ha mai smesso di cercare dischi , all epoca però nn aveva entrate per comprare vinili quindi suonava con i cdj , poi per un po' di anni smise  ( un po' per impegni un po' per gli ambienti cambiati  ) da 5 anni ha riniziato a comprare vinili e a suonare quasi esclusivamente in vinile ( tranne che per roba che esce solo in digitale o che costa troppo in vinile ) ma unendo all' house , altri generi come la  disco , il funky ,l' italodisco , synthpop  e tutto quello che può emozionarlo con un giro di basso micidiale o con una voce che dà al disco un anima.
