A miasma has corrupted the minds of the populace, They no longer act in a human-like manner. The miasma continues to expand covering the area. The miasma lacks a conceivable form. One begins to liberate their own mind from the miasma's influence. In effect, this allows the person to exist 'beneath the miasma'.
