“Ice Man” contrasts the frigid shimmer of Ink’s trademark “Ice Age” break with languid keys and warm tones dove tailing into a brutal Rufige riff that ear worms its way into your cerebral and digs right in. 


Flip for a stripped back and heavier rendition from regular collaborator Resound who bottoms out the riffs and militarizes the beats even further yet still retains the original’s key melodic blueprint.

Known by many for his extensive back catalogue of high profile collaborations, Resound returns to Dispatch for a solo outing – The Space Talk EP.

The Finnish producer is an essential part of drum and bass whose releases span many seminal labels. S - Capade got into the sound of hardcore jungle in the early nineties. Based on his background as a drummer he supported many DJ sets and then soon after became a DJ himself. Starting out his new found vocation he played a number of pirate Radio stations in Europe and swiftly moved onto the underground club scene. Adding to the DnB industry further he started promoting events and soon after became part owner and resident DJ at the legendary Massive Tunes and Oxygen events in Aachen, Germany. 
This EP is further evidence that S - Capade has a great love for the music and its many styles, fitting perfectly into Architecture Recordings’s philosophy. Originality and innovation at the centre of the ARX mindset.
Never failing to “rise” to the occasion, S - Capade delivers a solid EP, which is action packed from start to finish. He also teams up with the highly talented SIN on the EP, showcasing a great synchronicity in sound. With a clear vision of the future, Architecture Recordings is ready and set to enter into the new year with a sonic boom! Stay tuned…..

Ulterior Motive inaugurate their Black Label series with a fresh cut from DJ Persuasion, paired with a mind-bending remix from the mighty Digital (Function Records).

Inspired by one of the best-loved horror movies of all time, Danny ‘25 picks up where countless other hardcore renditions which sample the horror genre have left off. The lore surrounding the film which the track is based on is something of a maze in itself. Persuasion digs deep into the legacy of the film and its offshoots to provide a fitting tribute set to bulldozer bass and lightning drums.

Function Records’ owner Digital provides the remix on the flip. Digital should need no introduction — he’s been behind some of the best-loved drum & bass tracks of all time: tunes like Deadline, Down Under, and Phantom Force alongside Duncan Busto aka Spirit, who sadly passed away.
Digital rolls it out in his time-honoured fashion and takes the levels of fear and dancefloor destruction up a notch.

A side - Missing U - is a groovy number, starting off on a chilled melodic note with catchy arps before descending into beefy reese and amen madness.

B side - Feel It - starts off a bit more reserved, building up nice break work and melodics before firing out into pure breaks and bass. As the track moves on it goes full circle to bring back the chilled vibes.
