BEND OVER GIRL - Bronx & Ashibah (Bend Over Magazine Final Launch Mix)

Lucas and Hugo Sanches are the two talented brothers making up production duo Chemical Surf, who even at such an early point in their career have already earned the backing from some of the scenes best renowned artists such as Tube & Berger, Noir, Sasha, Dubfire, Kolombo, Amine Edge, The Mekanism and Reset Robot. 2010 saw them produce ‘The Turn Is Mine’, an album which was nominated for one of Brazil’s prestigious COOL Awards and 2013 saw them produce on a slew of reputable imprints such as Lust Be Records, Slaap Records, Molotov21 and Kiez Beats. Now with a massive release on Tube & Berger’s label Kittball they look to become one of 2014’s most exciting new names. 
Collaborating alongside Kittball favourite P.A.C.O., the brothers kick off ‘Walking Back’ with pulsating organ chords before pitched down masculine vocals introduce a stomping heavy hook, a formula which will unquestionably drop like a bomb on the underground club circuit upon its release. 
The second track sees the duo produce with Gorkiz for ‘Don’t Be Jealous’, a groovy number powered by a killer bassline and plenty of snare whilst layers of atmospherics provide that absorbing depth. Tying up the release is a distorted rendition of ‘Walking Back’ from Rafael Cerato, whose ‘Strange Lands Mix’ introduces throbbing low-end, purring bass stabs and subtle and intangible vocals to prrafaeovide a deep and techy alternative.

Beto Cohen was born in Mexico, 1976, the son of an actress 
and singer, he was destined to be involved in a creative environment. He started to play guitar and Drums in bands from the age of 12 and by the time he was 20 he had set up his own studio, production company and a modelling agency in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 2002 moves to London in pursuit of greater challenges as he discovers his passion for electronic sounds. A slave to his passions has led to Betoko possessing an ingenious musical mind that has commanded him to be at the centre of the international music fist. Along with a place on the list amongst other esteemed DJ’s on Mar-t’s (Amnesia Ibiza) label, Wow! Records, his solid productions demonstrate his distinctive style & approach. Described as Tech, minimal, House, the lengthy production catalog Betoko holds up against his name has seen the releases championed & play listed by DJ’s M.A.N.D.Y, Gregor Tresher, Martinez, Steve Lawler, Dubfire, Sven Vath and Marco Carola, to name a few and his tracks have been featured on TV Series like CSI, several Advertising Campaigns and Madonna's Sticky N Sweet Tour and CD / DVD. Betoko’s embellishment of his music personality gets deeper; now head honcho of his own label, OKO Recordings, he is part of the pioneering evolution of electronic magic adding high quality releases to the worlds track list, supported by some of the globes most highly regarded DJ’s.

Malik Mustache, a well-known figure in the Brazilian electronic scene, gained recognition through his hits: '' Rock U , Michael Douglas, U And Me '' and by numerous supports of heavy artists such as: Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Claude Vonstroke, Nic Fanciulli, Wade, Piero Pirupa,Skazi, Alok and Vintage Culture. The duo has also participated in several works with the groups Cone Crew Directorate, Haikaiss, Costa Gold and DJ CIA (RZO), in which they once again gained national and international notoriety.

Making presentations in the biggest festivals and clubs like: Tribe, Universo Paralello, Só Track Boa, Soulvision and Electric Zoo, the boys who are from Campinas, SP opened doors for international gigs in renowned clubs in Los Angeles (Sound Night Club), San Francisco (Temple), Miami (E11EVEN), Orlando, Berkeley and across Latin America.
