"(All Hail) The Lord Of Misrule" and is an original composition written by Gary. It is a Christmas Carol which draws upon pagan and Christian elements and hopefully sounds like the kind of Carol that the church did not select to put on its playlist but could be sung in a pub!
The single also features Sally Bennett on flute, Craig Barwell on bass and backing vocals, and Jamie Varley on percussion, backing vocals, and producing

Gary and Craig cover New Age Girl, the song written by Lance in the BBC tv show Detectorists, and performed by Lance and Andy at The Two Brewers Open Mic Night.
Gary on guitar and vocals and Craig on mandolin and vocals.  Recorded late at night to test a new Tascam DP-006 digital pocket studio!

New Age Girl (Cover)

A traditional Folk song performed by Jen and Gary. It tells the sad tale of a young girl whose fiance is press-ganged. 
The arrangement is based on a version by Steve Tilston. We've roughed it up a little!

The Fisher Lad Of Whitby

Salcombe Sailor's Flaunt is a variation of The Coasts Of Barbary from a 1700s' broadside and based on a real event in 1594.
We've rearranged the song into a more modern/indie structure, changed the tune, put a greater emphasis on Salcombe (as it was only mentioned once) and have created a new chorus based on the original shanty. 
We've retained the original melody in the instrumental section.
