Our son, Arna Sol was born at 27 weeks after my wife was hospitalized for a month when her water broke at 23 weeks. Arna had to fight for his life due to severe lung hypoplagia among other complications and spent 3.5 months in the NICU.  After coming home, each month brought more stabilization to his health and he is now a thriving, walking toddler. This song honors his journey and his big prayer for life as well as conveys our immense love for our miracle boy. 


It is sometimes bewildering how taut a bow’s string must pull so that its arrow may travel the distance to its destination. The arrow of Arna Sol’s life has already made its mark on many hearts, and we are more alive for it. His bell-bright voice at once clears and softens the air, making the choice to love, and to wonder, ineffably evident. This song streamed through with astonishing ease, as if it had been lovingly woven in the sanctuary of Arna’s family home and was just waiting for an ear to hear.

Not many actually know just how close I was to dying 2.5 years ago. My 3rd night in the hospital, as I was losing circulation to my brain and extremities, I truly didn't know if I would make it through the night. This feeling continued on for about 6 months or so, where every night it felt like I was losing circulation to my brain and I had no clue if I would make it, i just kept believing.
 
In those moments, I was embraced by the divine. I felt the presence of something far greater than myself. Something held me, and gave me the strength to stay.

It is inspired by this journey I have taken. And now I know so many of you have experienced similar!! I had no idea it would be so many of us. 🌍

Through my psychedelic journeys I discovered the nature of who we really are, beyond our bodies. Our souls are so vast and powerful. So beyond words and concept. May we remember why we are here, who we are and discover the power held within us all.
